Large wholesale orders may be shipped in multiple shipments from different warehouses.
Delivery times for wholesale orders may vary depending on the shipping destination and order size.
Wholesale orders are not eligible for retail promotions or coupons.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify wholesale orders that do not comply with our policies.
Cancellations

Order tracking
Orders include a tracking number provided to the customer via email once the order is shipped. You can track your order using the tracking number on the carrier's website and/or in your account on our site when logged in.
Order marked as delivered but not received
Please check with household members and neighbors. If the package is still not found, contact the carrier directly regarding the delivery. We are not responsible for stolen or missing orders once they have been marked delivered by the carrier.
Order returned to sender
If your order was returned to us due to an incorrect address or an issue with the information you provided, we will refund you for the items purchased but not for shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shipping restrictions

If a product cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you and refund that item. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that products ordered are allowed in their location.
Temperature-related issues

We recommend selecting an expedited option when available and, where offered, cold packaging or ice packs. Including ice packs does not guarantee that products will not be affected by heat during shipping.
